Eliot has been involved in frontier markets and frontier tech for over a decade. As Chief Business Officer at Osmo and Cambium Biomaterials, Eliot led product development and go to market strategies. From 2018-2022, Eliot led global growth for Anduril Industries, a pioneering defense technology company. As one of the first business development hires at Anduril, he created the international GTM strategy and led its execution, bootstrapping international growth and hiring a team of business leaders in three continents. From 2013-2018, Eliot was a senior director at McLarty Associates, an advisory firm founded by former Chief of Staff to President Clinton, Mack McLarty. He is a member of the United States Trade Representative’s Advisory Committee on Africa, Yale University President's Council on International Activities and a 2021-2022 Canada Fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations. Eliot received his M.A. from Yale and B.A. from University of Victoria.
Aubrey hruby
The co-author of the award-winning book, The Next Africa, Aubrey served as the Managing Director of the Whitaker Group prior to Tofino Capital. She is a visiting fellow at the Atlantic Council and advisor at Palladium Group, an implementer of international development programs. Aubrey has consulted extensively in 30+ African markets. She has an MBA from the Wharton School and MA from Georgetown University.
